I have totally been there and I am here to help you live your best life!

My name is Jenn and I spent years and years of my life under-eating, restricting food groups, and over exercising to try to get to a certain size. And guess what, no matter what size, I was never satisfied with how I looked. Along the way, I did some major damage to my hormones.

After a while I was fed up. I wanted to stop obsessing about food and exercise and live my best life. Through a lot of trial and error, working on myself, and nutrition coaching, I finally achieved that. No more yo-yo dieting, diet pills, living for the weekends, and lack of energy or running 30 miles a day. This was all achievable through learning how much food my body needs by tracking macros.

Currently, I am eating more food than ever (and I freakin’ love food, actually listening to my body, and feeling my best while still maintaining my weight. If I don’t want to workout, I don’t. If I want to eat pizza with my husband, I’ll eat it. I now know my body and the foods that make it feel good.
